How the visit is structured
Detail pass first
Baseboards, door frames, switches and vents get wiped down before anything else — the spots a regular clean skips.
Appliances emptied out
Fridge, oven and microwave are cleaned inside and out, shelf by shelf.
Grout, tile, and a final check
Kitchens and bathrooms get scrubbed at the grout line, then the whole home gets a last look together.
