Last updated 2026. This page explains what information Magicstick Clean collects and how it's used.
When you request a quote or book a cleaning, we collect your name, phone number or email, service address or area, and details about your home (size, type, and any notes you provide).
If you choose to upload photos or a video of your home with your quote request, those files are stored so I can prepare an accurate quote.
If you create a My Account login, we store your email address and an encrypted password. If you pay a deposit online, your payment details are handled directly by our payment processor (Stripe) — we never see or store your full card number.
We use your information to prepare and send you a quote, schedule and manage bookings, contact you about your service, process deposits, and send booking confirmations by email.
We never sell your information, and we only use it to operate and improve Magicstick Clean.
Your information is stored securely with our database provider (Supabase). Uploaded photos and videos are kept in a private storage area accessible only to Magicstick Clean, not the public.
Stripe processes online payments and deposits. Resend sends transactional emails (like quote and booking confirmations). Both are used only to operate the service.
We store your language preference (English/French) in your browser's local storage so the site remembers it on your next visit. We don't use advertising or tracking cookies.
You can ask to see, correct, or delete the information we have about you at any time by emailing magicstickclean@gmail.com.
